much more expensive and very regulated.
Boating for some even inspires bouts of canal rage.
BW is empire building and thinks it is operating its own private monopoly
linear-water-theme-park with boaters
expected to fund their extravagancies. Meanwhile BW introduces more rules,
more regulation, more restrictions and more costs. On balanced we boaters
are seriously short changed by BW and unless we pull together
and confront BW we can expect to see an ever more expensive
exclusive canal system.
